1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
2. Order Issues or Errors
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sequence22 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
